About the Founder

Meet Ashley McCune, a woman whose roots are deeply entrenched in the world of business, thanks to a family that lived and breathed professionalism. From the age of 14, Ashley was no stranger to the working world, embracing early on the indispensable lessons of hard work and personal growth.

After earning her stripes in business school, Ashley stepped into the corporate arena, starting in a marketing admin role. It was there she met Conrad Franey, a mentor who saw in her a spark, guiding and investing in her burgeoning career.

Ashley's journey is marked by a series of diverse roles, each contributing to her broad skill set. But it was her tenure as President of a publicly traded company where she truly exemplified her proficiency in the boardroom, balancing reporting responsibilities with strategic leadership. Her expertise was equally evident during her time as committee lead for marketing on a non-profit board, which was instrumental in creating open technology standards for the promotional industry.

In her pivotal role at Facilisgroup, a tech startup, Ashley wasn't just an employee; she was a transformative figure in shaping the company's future. Her comprehensive approach, from

business development and marketing to operations and finance, was instrumental in transitioning Facilisgroup from private ownership to the hands of private equity—a move that saw her stepping up as President. Under her presidency, Facilisgroup didn't just grow; it soared, with revenue jumping by 127% and profitability skyrocketing by 160%. 

Her impact continued as the committee lead on the ESG evolution for The Pebble Group, where she defined and implemented comprehensive plans around environmental, social responsibility including DEI, and governance.

Now, with over two decades in corporate America and having worked with over 250 businesses, Ashley has embarked on a new venture, Exec to Coach. She's driven by a firm belief in the transformative power of SMEs in North America and is dedicated to using her expertise to help business owners achieve beyond what they thought possible.
