Chuck Fandos

Chuck Fandos is a Business Consultant and Coach with over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur in the promotional products and software industries.  Chuck is based in St. Louis and Sarasota, Florida.

Growing up in St. Louis and in the family restaurant business, Chuck learned the value of hard work at a very young age.  Chuck received degrees in Finance and Accounting from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Working for Maritz Travel Company after graduation, Chuck coordinated corporate meetings and events all over the world, and then went into the family restaurant business for a few years.  In 1988 Chuck and Susie Fandos started their promotional products distributor, Gateway Promotions. Gateway Promotions became GatewayCDI and grew to 30 million in revenue with over 100 employees.  GatewayCDI was sold to Private Equity in 2016.  The company was re-named Brand Addition. Chuck also served as an owner and CEO for Facilisgroup, a technology provider for the promotional products industry for 15 years.  Facilisgroup grew during that time from 5 corporate users to 200 with over a billion dollars of sales flowing through the software.  

Chuck has served on many boards for private companies, universities, and the national Promotional Products Industry board. Running two businesses for a long period of time gave Chuck a lot of varied experiences that have shaped his ability to coach others.
